Hello, my name is Ramón Fandos, and I am the creator of the concept “Active Balance.” From an early age, I have been fascinated by the search for a fair balance between intense activity and deep calm—a journey that eventually led to the creation of this project.
We live in a world that constantly pushes us toward extremes: either overwhelmed by the speed of our daily routines or caught in moments of paralysis and inactivity. This reality encouraged me to explore and develop a philosophy that guides us toward a middle path—balanced, sustainable, and genuinely enriching.
In shaping “Active Balance,” I discovered tools that improved my own well-being and quality of life, while also witnessing how they have transformed the lives of those with whom I have had the privilege to share them.
This approach brings together the teachings of meditation, which reconnect us with our essence; Qi Gong, which teaches us to flow with vital energy; and Pilates, which reminds us of the importance of strength and alignment in the body. Together, these pillars form a methodology that goes beyond physical well-being: it is a guide to integral health, uniting body and mind.
